• Component one has a new price list effective November 1, 2011. These are the changes to the list:
  • ComponentOne Ultimate!  We have re-packaged Studio Ultimate and this bundle now includes Reports for .NET, Studio for SharePoint, Doc-To-Help Enterprise, DemoWorks Professional, OLAP for LightSwitch and a brand new product launching November 16 – Studio for Entity FrameWork (more on that below).  Since this product now goes far beyond our dev tools we have re-named it ComponentOne Ultimate.  Please visit the product page for more information: http://www.componentone.com/SuperProducts/Ultimate/.

The Ultimate bundle encompasses everything that ComponentOne has to offer in one package at one great price - The price for Ultimate remains $1995.00 per license!!

§  The Licensing of Studio for SharePoint is still based on Web Front End Servers, which is a different licensing model than the other products in this bundle.  So if they are buying Ultimate and want the Studio for SharePoint functionality, you will still need to verify the number of Web Front End Servers that the customer has. 

ü  Sales Example:  There is 1 user and 3 Web Front End Servers:  the customer would purchase 1 license of C1 Ultimate and they would also need to purchase 2 additional license of Studio for SharePoint (just as they would need to do if they only purchased Studio for SharePoint as a standalone product).

·         Studio Enterprise Doc Edition (the bundle of Studio Enterprise and Doc-To-Help Enterprise) will no longer be available.   If you have Doc Edition customers that are up for renewal, they would need to purchase the renewal of Ultimate, which is the same price as the Doc Edition renewal, but your customer will receive so much more!

o   The Doc-To-Help / DemoWorks bundles are still available.
